The Archive programme began with a trip to the famous Elmina Castle in Ghana, From there to the Nkumeh Kwame University of Science and technology.(KNUST) There were interactions with the MFA students who presented their works as well as presentation by Archive participants to the the department.
We also made visits to Palaces and Museum in Kumasi.

THE ARCHIVE; STATIC, EMBODIED, PRACTICED
The 3rd International Art Programme – The Archive: Static, Embodied, Practiced began on Monday the 6th of May in Accra. I look forward to a rewarding experience as 9 artist and 2 curators from around different part of Africa interact in this context. Mean while, the programme is intensive but exciting. Follow me through the next five weeks as 'the Archive' unfolds.
